About The Opportunity

As the Marketing Partnerships Director at Win Brands Group, you will lead and drive our paid search initiatives across our portfolio of brands. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid search strategies. This role requires a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in paid search management, who can provide strategic direction, lead a team, and deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Affiliate and influencer program strategies, leveraging these channels to enhance brand reach and revenue.
  • Lead the Affiliate and influencer teams, offering guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including brand management, content, and analytics, to create cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Drive continuous optimization of partnership campaigns, monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven adjustments.
  • Analyze campaign data to extract insights, inform strategic decisions, and present regular performance reports to leadership.
  • Establish KPIs to measure partnership effectiveness, offering insights into achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging tools to enhance and innovate partnership strategies.
  • Spearhead the expansion of our partnerships team, focusing on hiring and developing top-tier talent.
  • Develop long-term partnership strategies and present them through well-structured partnership plans.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing partnerships, with a strong focus on Affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations.
  • Proven record of creating and executing successful partnership strategies that drive brand visibility, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, able to motivate and lead a team of partnership professionals.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics such as conversion rates, ROI, engagement metrics, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in managing Affiliate marketing platforms and influencer collaborations, with a keen eye for optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborative mindset, capable of effectively working with cross-functional teams to align strategies and maximize results.
  • Strong analytical abilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills within a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present complex partnership strategies and results to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proven experience in developing and nurturing successful partnerships that drive innovation and growth.
  • Familiarity with affiliate network platforms, influencer management tools, and performance tracking technologies.
