Ventures Associate - Influencers

We're currently seeking a Talent Ventures Associate to support our business development efforts in the beauty and lifestyle influencer category. This role reports directly to our Head of Talent Ventures.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospects within the influencer target category and lead outreach efforts
- Establish communication with target influencers; develop and manage relationships
- Pitch influencers on GIG product development, brand development, and venture development capabilities
- Through discovery calls, market research, due diligence, and validation, identify ideal product and venture opportunities for clients that are foundationally strong, supported by real data, and that present limited risk and low barrier to entry; take a data-centric approach by utilizing sales history and conversion rates from client to ultimately craft business ventures that are born from proven positive outcomes and success through previous brand collaborations
- Diligently manage company CRM system; ensure consistent efforts to establish connectivity with target influencers with timely and appropriate follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, influencer agents and or managers, and influencer assistants professionally and effectively
- Act as point-of-contact for active clients; ensure the client receives detailed updates in accordance with established update cadence and oversee the project management of active projects in conjunction with GIG venture coordinators
Qualifications
- Must have direct experience in influencer management and or influencer marketing; the ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem and has established relationships and connectivity with top-tier influencer talent; you must come from a talent agency, talent management company, or large consumer brand
