JOB TITLE: Experiential Marketing Manager

DEPARTMENT: Marketing

Overview

The Experiential Marketing Manager, FP Movement will support the experiential team in bringing to life all influencer, press and community activations. There is a strong focus on analytics, reporting and mining data to inform future strategy and budget allocation. This role will be vital in the team's overall function in that they will support events programing from ideation to execution, production, marketing/communications, budget and analysis. The Experiential Marketing Manager will have an excellent eye and taste level to ensure the brand is represented to the highest standards. This person will have a rolodex of partners, locations, vendors, talent and production resources. They will have a pulse on everything cool and innovative in the experiential fitness and wellness space. Must be collaborative, extremely organized, creative, out-of-the-box thinker, problem solver and able to handle high volume projects with an ease. Experience in the activewear or wellness markets is a plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES + CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ideation, production and execution of all press and influencer events in collaboration with the media & influencer teams. Including vendor, location, partner and talent communication.
  • Responsible for marketing plans of all events – including image curation for emails, social media and additional marketing materials.
  • Oversee analytics for all experiential programming, to set go-forward strategy, market & budget optimization. Present findings in monthly, quarterly and yearly decks.
  • Support with product focused campaigns and seeding ambassador’s outfits in collaboration with social and campaign teams.
  • Manages ambassador gifting program and analytics of that program.
  • Manage gifting for any experiential supporting brand/ vendor partners and studio partners, including branded merchandise.
  • Support managing team budget and ensuring internal experiential team tracker and larger marketing team tracker are accurate and up to date, in collaboration with community events manager. Including, submitting any external vendor invoices with accounting.

Required Skills

  • 5 – 7 years of experience in experiential marketing, fitness/wellness/activewear space is a plus
  • Organized, self-starter
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Must have experience managing and following budgets
  • Deadline driven, can work under pressure
  • Adept at managing travel, vendors, and talent
  • Travel, some night & weekend availability required
  • This role is hybrid and located in Los Angeles, CA.

The compensation range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000.00. “Wages are based on several factors, including, but not limited to, experience, education, geographic location, etc.”
