The Social Strategy, Activation & Content position will be responsible for developing the strategy for all social and paid digital channels. The team is responsible for delivering a branded experience on social channels and via mint moments (brand activations) that increase social engagement, drive buzz, and increase brand relevance. This position will be responsible for setting an annual Influencer strategy and executing that strategy annually. This position will direct the work of the social media agency to ensure all work is on strategy and hold the agency accountable to improve social engagement.

Responsibilities
- Development of annual brand engagement and social channel strategy by channel for existing and emerging channels
- Responsible for the development of all social & digital content including mint moments, social bridge campaigns, and LTO+
- Weekly agency communications to ensure alignment across partners
- Work cross-functionally with the Go to Market Committee
- Lead contact with the social media agency
- Development of influencer strategy & activation
- Manage Social production process to ensure quarterly production of any social-only content including management of budget
- Monitor and report on analytics across social & digital channels
- Active participant in the Go to Market Committee
- Work cross-functionally with Media, Brand, and Digital Strategy teams
- Actively meet with all social partners to ensure we are developing content that meets their platform best practices
Education And Experience Qualifications
- 4-year degree in marketing or a business-related program is preferred for all positions
- Sr. Manager-level candidates should have 7-10 years of relevant experience
