As part of Zscaler’s Customer Experience and Transformation practice, you’ll be joining a “white-glove” service team, strategically positioned to empower our sales teams and drive high-impact outcomes through C-level programming & engagement and trending thought leadership topics.

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Global CXO Programs, to lead our esteemed roster of C-Suite initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the end-to-end engagement, messaging, content and programs execution, ensuring that Zscaler remains at the forefront of addressing crucial developments in the offices of CIOs, CISOs, CTOs and beyond. Leveraging your expertise, you will transform how we connect with these key audience personas, making a lasting impact on our global go-to-market strategies. Working closely with Zscaler’s leadership, you will deploy, execute and measure C-suite engagement strategies, propelling our business to scale new heights.

Your contribution as a Senior Manager, Global CXO Programs, will be instrumental in shaping the dialogue surrounding Zscaler’s future state within Global 2000 companies. What You’ll Do

As the Senior Manager, Global CXO Programs, you will report directly to the Director, Global CXO Programs, playing a pivotal role in orchestrating and elevating our C-Suite executive community. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Formalizing C-Suite Executive Community: You will be entrusted with establishing and nurturing exclusive affinity groups such as Women in IT and Security Executives, spearheaded by our top customers and Executive Advisors. Your expertise will help shape and foster these groups, fostering meaningful connections within the executive echelons.
  • Facilitating CXO Events: Taking the lead, you will plan and execute an array of high-impact events, including CXO Summits, executive roundtables, and affinity/industry groups, spanning across global regions. Your ability to curate and manage these events will enhance the value of these interactions, nurturing long-lasting partnerships.
  • Executive Engagement: Engaging executives will be one of your core strengths, as you will drive attendance to our events. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will ensure that our offerings resonate with and captivate C-Suite leaders.
  • Cross-departmental Collaboration: As a skilled collaborator, you will work seamlessly across departments to ensure alignment of efforts and maximize the impact of our executive programs. Your ability to coordinate efforts will be critical to our success.
  • Executive Network Representation: You will be responsible for ensuring that Zscaler is prominently represented in the right executive networks. This will continue to solidify our position as a thought leader and a vital player in the industry.
  • 3rd party Event Sponsorships: With a keen eye for opportunities, you will design strategies to leverage 3rd party event sponsorships effectively. As a steward of a significant budget, you will open doors for our sales team, forging connections with key C-Suite decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of critical tasks, all aimed at creating impactful engagements with CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs, as well as driving customer engagement and business impact across the C-suite. Your role will be central to our success, and you will be responsible for:

  • Executing Strategically Focused Executive Programs: Drawing on your expertise, you will design and build executive programs that cater specifically to the needs and interests of CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs, with a keen focus on industry-specific themes. These programs will serve as the cornerstone of our executive engagement initiatives.
  • Driving the End-to-end Program Management: From conception to execution, you will take charge of creating executive engagements and events, leaving no detail to chance. This will involve working cross-functionally (executive leadership, go-to-market, marketing), coordinating logistics, developing tailored agendas, coaching executive speakers, crafting materials, and diligently following up to ensure a lasting impact.
  • Engaging Global 2000 Leaders: Your role will bring you in direct contact with customer leaders and executives from the world’s largest organizations, virtually and in person. Your ability to build relationships and inspire trust will be instrumental in fostering strong, long-lasting partnerships.
  • Driving Best Practices: Continuously striving for excellence, you will develop and iterate on best practices that enhance customer engagement, deliver maximum value, and drive measurable business impact. Your insights will be key to our ongoing success.
  • Executive Attendance and Engagement: Leveraging your exceptional communication skills, you will engage both internal and external executives, persuasively driving attendance to our events.
  • External Speaker Management: As part of your role, you will manage external speakers for future events and engagements while refining and enhancing existing processes. Your attention to detail and professionalism will be vital in ensuring smooth collaborations.

Qualifications

  • You bring a wealth of experience, with over 5 years of functional expertise in C-level community engagements, content, and/or C-suite events.
  • Your proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with C-suite executives will be instrumental in forging meaningful connections.
  • Experience in executive speaker management and content development will enable you to curate compelling and impactful engagements.
  • Your superb verbal/written communication and organizational skills will ensure the smooth execution of all events and initiatives for delivery at the C-suite level.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects while adjusting to changing priorities to thrive in our fast-paced environment.
  • The drive to independently execute high-quality end-to-end programming.
  • The ability to collaborate in a virtual and global team environment.
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or possess an equivalent combination of higher education and relevant experience.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000 - 175,000 + equity + benefits.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
