Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with our Performance Creative Team to meticulously oversee workflows, ensuring seamless execution from creator selection to content curation, editing, and comprehensive performance analysis.
  • Channel your creativity by conceiving, experimenting with, and analyzing paid media campaigns spanning various digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.
  • Assume a directorial role by conceptualizing, editing, scripting, and fine-tuning video concepts, predominantly utilizing pre-existing footage.
  • Forge partnerships with influencers, users, and creative agencies to actualize visionary concepts, yielding captivating content and products aligned with you have envisioned.
  • Maintain a competitive edge by immersing yourself in the latest social media trends, creative paradigms, and user preferences, ensuring our perpetual leadership in the field.
  • Craft video advertisements that captivate, drawing inspiration from top-performing content and prevailing industry trends.
  • Foster close collaboration with our Paid Media Director to pioneer performance boundaries, rigorously testing new assets and catalyzing innovative concepts for continuous enhancement.
  • Place a strong focus on optimizing the initial 5-10 seconds to engage viewers right from the start and keep them from hitting the skip button.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in managing social media advertising platforms, including but not limited to Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • An innate collaborator, adept at thriving within remote teamwork environments, and excelling in efficiently managing multiple creative workflows.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, capable of deciphering complex data sets to extract valuable insights and make strategic decisions that yield tangible results.
  • Possessing an unparalleled artistic vision, with the ability to breathe life into each frame and pixel of your creative endeavors.
  • Exceptional communication skills, marked by eloquence, persuasiveness, and a consistent ability to inspire others.
  • Characterized by adaptability and agility, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced work environments that continually evolve.
  • A trendsetter rather than a follower, driven by an unwavering passion for pioneering advancements in social media and advertising.
  • While a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is valuable, your true qualification is exemplified through your demonstrated aptitude for visual storytelling and video editing, evident in your impressive portfolio.
