Your Role Position Title – Digital Market & Customer Activation Specialist – North America

  • Reports to Director MCA, North America

Overview:

The Digital Market & Customer Activation Specialist is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the NA LOCTITE digital tools and platforms. This role is focused on optimizing our digital processes and procedures for key stakeholders at Henkel. This position is also responsible for driving the LOCTITE NA social strategy. This role will work closely with the marketing team to develop, coordinate, and implement the social media activation calendar for LOCTITE NA.

Job Responsibilities

  • Digital tools and platform owner for North America (i.e. DAM, PIM, Sales enablement, etc)
  • Responsible for managing all digital tools and platforms, processes, and updates.
  • Understand the business and marketing needs and integrate tools and platforms to deliver the defined goals and objectives.
  • Create and manage the social media strategy and implementation plan for North America, including partnering with our agency to develop and refine our strategy and content.
  • Full ownership of the social media calendar (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X) incorporating our key campaign activation, but also regional or local initiatives.
  • Evaluate relevant end-customer insights, market trends, competitive activities – leveraging the data and information from social media monitoring and market intelligence initiatives.
  • Use the data to decide on the unique selling content strategy, campaign optimization.
  • Management of our social listening platform and process for action, including dashboard reporting and integration to strategy
  • Assistance to create and track campaign performance of specific digital programs

YOUR SKILLS

  • Strong marketing background with a minimum 2 years of experience
  • Experience creating and executing B2B CRM Campaigns
  • Strong B2B marketing background.
  • Must be a good influencer, to work with technology (e.g. product owners) as well as business teams to help bring everyone together to deliver great consistent and impactful digital campaigns
  • Significant experience working in high performing Digital teams, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task successfully and operate within budgetary and timeline constraints
  • Strong agency management skills; comfortable, providing creative feedback, driving performance, negotiating Strong insight skills
  • Experience with web content creation and maintenance, including social media channels
  • Good written and verbal communication (clear, accurate, complete, actionable)

The salary for this role is $67,000.00 - $95,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
