We need to find a Business Analyst with strong Project Management skills who has worked on large-scale tactical projects. Should have working experience on diverse projects along with strong analytical skills.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of professional work experience as an Analyst are needed
• Financial Services Industry background
• Strong Analytical and project management skills.
• Worked on both large and small scale diverse & tactical projects.
• Certifications: i.e., PMP
• Background in project administration
• A mix of Project Management and Business Analyst
• Background or knowledge (not necessarily experience) in Eagle Datawarehouse, Data Lakes, and Business Intelligence (BI) is highly/super helpful.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small- and large-scale projects both tactical and strategic in nature along with developing and maintaining detailed project plans with goals and milestones
• Implementing and managing changes to ensure project goals are achieved
• Work with stakeholders to understand and develop requirements along with coordinating with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Communicate with stakeholders to make transparent project issues, risks and decisions
• Establishing and executing effective project communication plans and demonstrate ownership on assigned events and drive to completion
• Collates and tracks program status information and project artifacts at various stages of a project's lifecycle
• Ensuring project goals are being met and ability to communicate risks and resolution plans
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
