About The Role

Reporting to: VP, Influencer Marketing
Estimated Start: September 2023
Location: [Hybrid] 140 E 45th St, New York City, NY
What's The Role
Our Account Director, Influencer Marketing will activate our Influencer product in Brainlabs North America region working collaboratively with cross-product account teams as well as their own Influencer specialists!
What You Do

  • Proven leader who can take charge of our accounts and repeat business function to help us develop into becoming a true partner to brands
  • Coach, develop, lead an Influencer account team
  • Lead your Influencer account team to deliver brilliant campaign work and win for our clients
  • Relentlessly work across our matrixed organization to build and finesse our processes and ways of working - both internally amongst peers and externally with clients
  • Be a radiator for the Influencer product in North America

Who You Are

  • Experience activating Influencer campaigns while upskilling and training an Influencer account team for succession
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of how brands use social media, how they manage budgets, and their full social scope
  • Be experienced in managing a small team; setting team targets, delivering outstanding influencer marketing campaigns and supporting the personal development of junior team members
  • Have a proven track-record in sales - driving new business and account growth

How You Succeed
You will be evaluated based on how you live our Culture Code every day in addition to the following key metrics of success:

  • You will work with VP, Influencer Marketing to increase Influencer product revenue in NAmer
  • The NAmer team actively seeks you and your team out to share Influencer opportunities
  • The Influencer product will have stickiness and continue to grow in NAmer
  • Influencer specialists will be able to activate campaigns using Brainlabs’ proprietary tools & platforms

Current position range
$100,000—$120,000 USD
