Senior Project Manager, Retail and Packaging

Who We're Looking For – MANSCAPED® is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Retail and Packaging to support and organize the growing list of requirements for collaborating internal teams including but not limited to Retail Team, Packaging, Product Development, Operations, Marketing and Creative. The Senior Project Manager, Retail and Packaging will also act as project management support for packaging development. This role requires someone with a passion for communication, an eagerness to understand business objectives, and how these can be supported by project management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the retail roadmap and processes, (including collaborating on major retail campaigns, managing retail product launches and managing the internal onboarding of new partners) in partnership with external partners and internal team members, along with packaging projects and processes to drive initiatives and continuous improvement, anticipate impacts, document assumptions and capture requirements
- Manage retail product, major retail campaigns, the creative aspect of fixture project, omni-channel packaging and packaging samples through all aspects of the project lifecycle including scoping, requirements gathering, document approval, tracking and management, project plan creation, status reporting, risk resolution, project resource allocation, and completion. Conduct and participate in project kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectives
- Support onboarding new partners and overall fixture projects in close partnership with internal retail team
- In partnership with sponsors and stakeholders, act as a gatekeeper for quality of our brand standards by ensuring retail designs (graphic/copy)
- Contribute to the development and qualification of packaging solutions that meet brand aesthetics, consumer use, manufacturing capability, quality, and cost expectations
- Collaborate with Lead Product Development PM to develop product packaging plan across an omni-channel launch, determine priorities, and align on pre-requisites needed to kickoff packaging work
- Provide support on gathering packaging pre-requisites, routing packaging artwork approvals and updating omni-channel packaging status tracker
- Ensure accuracy of creative team/agency edits align with Retail packaging guidelines and ESG standards
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years project management experience with retail deliverables and 2 years' experience in packaging and packaging development
- Quickly learn the aspects of the MANSCAPED™ business model and operational processes, and how they affect retail operations
- Extraordinary communication skills in a variety of settings and formats, and with a range of audiences – one on one, small, and large groups, peers, leadership, and retail partners
- Able to deal with ambiguity, drive results and manage changing scope
- Seek out opportunities to leverage available resources while maintaining responsibilities and meeting expectations
- Experience in packaging design, processing systems and commercialization business processes
- Understand both the vision and executional-level detail of business practices, industry trends and policies.
- In-depth knowledge of packaging materials and processes
- Self-starter, high degree of initiative and independence, but also able to work with teams from different departments/various levels
- Logical thinker and excellent problem solver
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous experience in project management tools (i.e., Asana) a plus; ability to learn and utilize new systems quickly
- Ability to navigate multiple cross-functional projects seamlessly, effectively, and accurately
- Collaborative, resourceful, with an ability to learn quickly and adapt in an evolving atmosphere
- International expérience a plus!
