What You'll Do Here:

  • Manage the Creator Studio business and team and outside parties and production services
  • Build, implement, and execute the overall strategy for the business unit in conjunction with the VP and President of Talent
  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify/disqualify Talent for content syndication on YouTube, Facebook, and Snap
  • Help build financial projections to ensure the growth and health of the division
  • Work with Creator Relations and Viral Nation Talent teams to drive recruitment and monetization of top-tier talent.
  • Support the negotiation and procurement of contracts on behalf of Viral Nation Talent Creators.
  • Work with the Director of Marketing to create meaningful assets as well as contribute to marketing strategy for fielding inbound and outbound talent recruitment.
  • Meet and exceed monthly OKRs (mutually agreed-upon).
  • Strong focus and research skills to identify market trends in real-time.
  • Attend industry events and talent meetings outside of normal work hours.
  • Develop and implement processes and efficiencies to allow Viral Nation Talent to grow sustainably.

You Need to Have:

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • 7-10+ years of relevant experience in the creator monetization space with an emphasis on working and detailed knowledge of Facebook, Youtube, and Snap platforms
  • Strong negotiation and contract management experience
  • Must have an existing deep network of social media knowledge, tools, and best-in-practice optimization and platform monetization
  • Team management, leadership, delegation, and business strategy skills are a must
  • Strong knowledge and relationships with social media platform reps and Partner Managers
