Integrated Marketing Manager
Your Tasks And Responsibilities
This position is located in Creve Coeur, Missouri or residence-based in Missouri, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky or Michigan. Integrated Marketing Manager (IMM) is responsible for taking individual brand and product category plans and bringing together integrated marketing and solution plans for respective US Sales Regions. Develop plans that maximize lifetime value of our targeted customers (i.e.market share and profitability) for our integrated business including Crop Protection, Multi Brand Seed, Seed Growth, FieldView / Digital, New Business Models Ag and to ensure the activation of our Integrated Portfolio.
The primary responsibilities of this role, Integrated Marketing Manager are to:
- Accountable for the integrated regional business/marketing plans. Work closely with Regional Business Lead, cross functional Regional Leadership Team and Area Business Managers to develop and activate regional business/marketing plans across the full Bayer Crop Science Portfolio;
- Expert in regional marketing initiatives and leading implementation of multi-seed brand, crop protection, seed growth, and Digital integrated portfolio to sales teams and to customers;
- Responsible for planning, managing and monitoring discretionary market funding execution at a region level to ensure successful brand and product goals are achieved and budget expectations met;
- Drive the current and future go-to-market Region business strategy for the region, support strategic decision making from a marketing and customer point of view and ensure full understanding of the region strategy within the marketing organization;
- Partner with Sales Leaders to ensure the field level implementation of the customer strategy and actively support channel management, product position and demand generation;
- Support the commercial approach of New Business Models and regional implementation/execution;
- Define Local Marketing Tactics to drive sales. Seek the best integrated (Crop Protection, Seeds, FieldView/Digital Ag Services) offers for our customers (grower, channel, influencer) based on customer strategies and through implementation of global/regional product and service portfolio strategies;
- Support the definition of the right portfolio strategy on regional level by providing market knowledge, customer insights and reflecting customer needs;
- Ensure the definition and implementation of integrated customer programs in line with the defined total customer investment and customer expectations as well as define and manage the marketing budget for the region;
- Work closely with the Climate/Digital Farming team to identify future product and business growth opportunities;
- Define and influence the progression of the desired customer experience, ensure awareness and support its realization across all functions.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- Track record in excelling in leadership, plan development and execution;
- Experience in marketing, sales, operations, account management;
- A strong track record in marketing, operations, and/or sales execution;
- Ability to work cross functionally and across teams to achieve desired r esults;
- Operational experience in customer facing positions;
- Solid agricultural knowledge and understanding of local market environment;
- Strong customer focus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ten years of experience in marketing, sales, operations, account management;
- Experience in Seed, Chemistry, and Digital Agriculture
