Vyral Marketing is hiring a 100% remote work-from-home influencer marketing manager to co-market webinars with our top 20 clients in the residential real estate industry. You’ll promote one live educational webinar a month per influencer on a marketing or business topic from them to their email list and social media audiences. This helps our influencers gain exposure to their peers for real estate agent recruiting or referrals while generating new client leads for our advertising agency. Webinar registration lists are sent to our sales team. The influencer provides their peer email/audience list and insights on the webinar, while we handle the promotion for them at no charge. A member of our senior leadership team will co-host the live webinar with the influencer. Your job is to set them up, promote them, and maximize registrations. You may work with the influencer to sell digital products, of which you’ll receive 50% of the net sales revenue as a bonus. Your mission is to generate warm leads for our sales team. After your first interview, we will pay you $400 on contract to audition for the role where we ask you to successfully promote a webinar that's already scheduled with a pre-planned topic. Upon successful completion of your paid audition, you'll be hired for a full-time salaried position with us.

Responsibilities

  • Make a list of our 20 top clients who have influence in the real estate industry
  • Book a call with them to schedule a webinar on a mutually beneficial topic
  • Get access to their Facebook/ through our Meta Business Manager
  • Help them export their email list into an email marketing program in their name
  • Write a webinar title and description on why their industry peers must attend
  • Create the webinar registration page using Zoom Webinar service
  • Write/send 3 promotional emails to go out starting a week before the webinar
  • Write/post 3 promotional Facebook/Instagram ads with advertising before the webinar
  • Attend the webinar to write notes, a webinar summary, and YouTube chapters
  • Send a replay email and update Facebook/Instagram with the replay of the webinar
  • Upload the replay to our YouTube Channel properly optimized to get found
  • Send the registrant list to the sales team for follow-up to book one-on-one strategy calls
  • Repeat by holding one webinar a month with every influencer

Qualifications

  • Experience in direct response marketing to generate sales leads from landing pages
  • Experience with direct response Facebook/Instagram advertising and email marketing
  • Experience writing direct response email copy to promote live webinar events
  • Experience selling high-ticket digital products online from product launch webinars
  • Experience writing to an audience of real estate agents who want to grow their business

Compensation

$80,000 - $100,000 annual salary + 50% net revenue share from product sales
