We are looking for an experienced product manager to own the roadmap(s) across several key areas in the marketing suite. This product vertical spans multiple domains, including our Mobile App, Audience Building, Analytics, CRM, Email, and Message Deliverability teams. This team is responsible for one of our core strategic pillars and is critical to the company’s continued growth.
As a senior product manager, you will lead the discovery and delivery of new capabilities designed for the marketing needs of our entrepreneurs. You should have a passion for creating and leveraging leading-edge technologies to create compelling customer solutions, enjoy speaking with customers to understand unmet needs and have experience bringing new product ideas to life using a data-informed approach. You also enjoy deeply understanding your customers, the competitive landscape, and the technology environment in which you are building your product/features.
This is a key hire for Kajabi as you will be an important contributor to an organization that is building one of the fastest-growing, category-defining products at the company. Today, our marketing platform is already powering tens of thousands of businesses and delivering hundreds of millions of emails monthly and continues to grow exponentially. Tomorrow, we want to become the one-stop shop for creators and entrepreneurs to run all of their marketing across every channel, all within the Kajabi experience.

The Impact You Will Make
- Own and drive forward high-impact initiatives in the marketing tools domain
- Be accountable for product discovery and product delivery, ensuring your team ships desirable and lovable features that deliver business outcomes
- Assist with crafting our product strategy, defining ambitious goals for this vertical, and ensuring team culture
- Partner with Product Marketing to define a GTM process to launch new products, with Customer Experience to develop excellent support for our customers, and with Data Analytics to monitor user engagement to evaluate product success
- Continually improve the product and team by seeking opportunities to mature functionality and processes
Attributes for Success
- 6+ years of experience in product management (with extensive knowledge of the problems experienced by marketers). Huge bonus if you have experience working at a marketing technology company
- Expert in applying hypothesis-driven development processes and driving user engagement through continual experimentation, iteration, and learning
- Excellent product sense and UX design experience, with deep empathy for our customers
- Experience solving for unmet user needs (uncovered via interviews and product analytic) while balancing the demands from various stakeholders
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the marketing technology space

The salary range for this US-based role is $160,000-$185,000+ bonus + equity + benefits (health, welfare, retirement, and paid leave). Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, education, certain degrees, training, certifications, geographic location, travel requirements, and business needs.
