Marketing Automation Supervisor, Global and Americas MSD (New Health Care Company)

As a Marketing Automation Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

• As Marketing Automation Supervisor, you'll have a direct impact on the marketing automation team by providing direction, advice, training or focus, as needed.
• Lead the global and USAC marketing automation strategy for the Medical Solutions Division, which includes but is not limited to:
• Definition and implementation of the technical lead processes and procedures
• Create, implement (if it does not exist today) and enforce scalable, repeatable and comparable processes and procedures for email development, segmentation, form creation, lead management, reporting, and other marketing automation needs
• Provide support in building campaign components and driving the QA and approval process for all MA work
• Leverage data points to make informed, data-driven recommendations and decisions for campaign and broader business matters
• Serve as a subject matter expert for ongoing business transformation efforts. Must also develop a strong understanding of system functionality, requirements, use-cases, pain points and potential areas for optimization.
• Support the implementation and adoption of relevant marketing technologies within the marketing automation space

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of (eight) years of experience in Marketing Automation
• Four (4) of Marketing Automation experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Background working in Eloqua, Salesforce, ON24, Cvent
• Proficient understanding of journey mapping, segmentation, behavior targeting and lead definition.
• Experience training colleagues/team members about new tools and best practices around business processes
• Someone who is a strong strategic thinker, able to communicate complex information, an influencer of decision-making, who is comfortable working in a fast-pace, changing environment

The expected compensation range for this position is $103,233 - $126,174, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
