Job Description

As an Education Content Creator, you will assist in the development and implementation of all customer facing educational resources, for the entire Fusion product line. This includes but is not limited to the Fusion Video Library, Screensteps Knowledge Base, and the Fusion Education and Learning Course Management platform, which hosts content for the Fusion Champ Series and product training courses. In addition to new resource creation, you will be tasked with keeping existing content up to date as new features are released within our product line. This position works independently on a daily basis but will collaborate with the Education Team and Product Managers to ensure that resources are accurate and present the content in a way that makes an effective and enjoyable experience for our clients.

Job duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain Fusion training and eLearning content including feature videos, Screenstep articles, module tutorials, and other client training resources
  • Assist with the creation and organization of course content within Fusion’s Learning Management Software (LMS)
  • Research evolving trends in the Campus Recreation and Municipal Recreation industries to be used toward feature development and education material
  • Maintain competency on all Fusion software products including new features and updates

You probably possess some of the following skills:

  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Experience working with eLearning creation tools including but not limited to screen recording, tutorial, and video editing software, as well as Learning Management Software (LMS)
  • Bonus if your experience is working with ScreenPal, ScreenSteps, iorad, or Teachable LMS
  • Ability to construct creative solutions for content design, development, and organization
  • Keep an open mind and are willing to listen to and collaborate with others
