About the Role

The Influencer Partnerships Manager at Recoup is responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and other organizations to drive awareness, engagement, and growth for the company. This role requires a deep understanding of the influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and partnership landscapes, as well as the ability to develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to drive awareness, engagement, and growth for Recoup
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers, affiliates, and other partners
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements
• Oversee the execution of all partnership campaigns and initiatives
• Track and measure the results of partnership campaigns
• Develop and maintain a strong brand presence for Recoup in the partnership space

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or partnership management
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful partnership campaigns
• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to think strategically and creatively
• Passion for consumer advocacy and financial empowerment

Compensation

Varies based on experience, interview performance, and background:

• Base salary of $70,000-$120,000
• Unlimited commissions, based on a share of revenue you drive, estimated to be another $70,000-$120,000+
• Equity based on achieving KPIs and time with company
