Job Summary:
Blavity Inc. is seeking a Director of Creator Program to lead and shape our talent programming and strategy across the Blavity ecosystem, primarily focusing on talent for branded campaigns and managing key influencer relationships. This role is strategic and operational in nature and is perfect for someone who has experience building and scaling creator programs that utilizes creating bundled opportunities, centralizing data, establishing uniform rate cards and ensuring deep institutionalization of a talent CRM.
This person should be a strong leader who operates from a place of yes, with deep experience streamlining and automating processes to be able to handle a consistently high-volume of talent requests.
This person will report directly to the Chief of Staff working closely with the Sr. Director of Branded Content.
Responsibilities:
- Build a streamlined internal creator program that leverages talent opportunities across our network and establishes consistent rates for ongoing relationships for a select group of creators per interest
- Oversee end-to-end campaign components related to influencer talent; from negotiations through campaign wrap, ensuring overcommunication to internal stakeholders and clients along the process
- Partner with Sales to strategically position influencer talent within active pitches, providing collateral when necessary
- Ensure the comprehensive utilization and cross-functional institutionalization of our internal talent system, CIQ, to its maximum potential
- Advise our cross-functional teams on how they can utilize our internal creator network for their needs (Ex: expansion into new product offerings across divisions)
- Create standard talent process, rates and deliverables for the team, consistent with our media sales price book
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Required Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in managing digital influencer & creator talent for brands or agencies
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Additional Qualifications:
- Expert level at operating the software CreatorIQ
- Strategic mindset and expert at processes
- A healthy appreciation of GIFs and Black culture
Details:
- This is a fully remote role, U.S.- based role. Occasional travel may be required.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Candidates must be available to work in alignment with the Pacific Time Zone.
- The annual salary range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000
