The Senior Influencer Affiliate Manager will scale MERIT’s existing affiliate program by executing multi-channel digital campaigns and cultivate meaningful relationships with partners. This candidate should be well versed in Influencer Affiliate marketing and KPIs, managing budgets, have strong negotiation skills, and an ability to move fast in a high growth startup.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, optimize and scale affiliate influencer strategy to drive sessions and revenue
  • Own strategy from inception to execution, with Director of Influencer Marketing’s support
  • Create monthly briefs for corresponding campaigns and new product launches
  • Create monthly calendar with all confirmed partners’ draft and live dates
  • Host briefing calls for net-new partners
  • Negotiate contracts to secure the best partners for best in class rates
  • Provide constructive feedback on content approvals, providing clear direction
  • Manage and develop a small team; encourage, motivate and lead the team to drive the success of the program

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience within Influencer Affiliate Marketing
  • A thorough understanding of performance marketing with influencers and the influencer landscape
  • Proficiency within d2c analytics (ROAS, CPA, CVR, etc) and an analytical capability, understanding when and how to scale when performance is strong, and pivoting strategies as needed
  • An ability to manage monthly budgets and effectively communicate any concerns in real time
  • Experience with a multi-channel digital approach with influencer affiliate marketing
  • An ability to move quickly in a fast moving environment, with urgency
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • An ability to work cross functionally, yet effective and comfortable working autonomously
  • Experience managing and mentoring a small team of direct report(s)

We are proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package in addition to salary compensation. The annual salary range for this role is $95,000-$110,000 in addition to bonus potential, stock options, a 401(k) match, health benefits, paid time off and more. The final salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the individual's experience and qualifications.
