Senior Director, Influencer Marketing

Our Public Relations (PR) team is exploding and looking for a fresh mind to join the amazing team. We are hiring a Senior Director, Influencer Marketing to join this collaborative and innovative team to bring fresh thinking, a can do attitude and a passion for the earned Communications space, imre’s modern Earned practice is leading the way in doing things differently for our clients so we are looking for an individual new to the PR space who is ready to join a team who is breaking the mold.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

As the Senior Director, Influencer Marketing, you will act as a leader to our influencer practice and play an integral role in creating, building, and maintaining influencer brand relations. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Public Relations, and Social Media teams to develop influencer strategies that align directly with business goals.

  • Establish and maintain regular communication between the brand and influencer partners, actively source and negotiate new influencer partnerships
  • Create an advanced and comprehensive influencer content calendar to continually drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Monitor influencer content to ensure compliance with brand voice and guidelines
  • Set goals, track conversions, and measure success of influencer program
  • Actively keep a pulse on emerging influencers and trends through various social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook
  • Experience tracking affiliate marketing creating a community of influencers and being able to prove ROI and performance of each activation
  • Maintain influencer budget
  • Negotiate contracts and organization of micro and macro influencer programs that are focused on driving revenue
  • Understand compliance requirements for influencer marketing

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, PR, or related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in the Influencer Marketing space who has a passion for PR and looking to do things differently
  • Extremely detailed orientated and can produce clean, client ready work
  • 1-3 years experience managing a team of PR professionals
  • Poised communicator -both in verbal and written form
  • Ability to multitask and work across several different accounts in both the healthcare and consumer sectors
  • Strong mentor and ability to build skills with junior team members
  • Collaborative and has worked in an integrated environment with all disciplines
  • Curious and always looking to learn more from the outside world and brings those learnings back to the internal team
  • Embodies a positive and “can do” attitude
  • Works independently and is proactive in finding solutions

Salary: $140,000-$170,000/annually
