Influencer Marketing and Talent Coordinator

As the Influencer Marketing and Talent Coordinator, you will help support influencer community building and day-to-day talent/campaign management at Glossier. This candidate will be joining a small and passionate team that executes all influencer partnership and affiliate program initiatives. We are looking for someone who is extremely passionate about identifying & building meaningful relationships with individuals to help grow Glossier’s brand reach through people powered storytelling. You will have a challenger mindset, finding creative ways to grow Glossier’s share of voice across social media that is in line with our values, positioning, and objectives. You will ensure that equity and a people-first lens is at the forefront of your work. This role will report to the Director of Influencer Marketing.
Six Month Expectations
- Scouting and discovery of influencer talent that strategically aligns to brand and campaign goals
- Coordinate offer letters and contracts between agents, talent, and Glossier’s legal counsel
- Manage affiliate program communications including newsletters, direct email inquiries, affiliate program applications, invitations, and gifting
- Maintain master influencer database, product seeding tracker, and other internal influencer team documents
- Organize and manage beauty closet replenishing product quantities, ordering new samples, and overseeing product send outs/mailers
- Manage reporting inclusive of post-performance campaign insights, mailer/ugc tracking, and ad-hoc internal presentations
- Partner with paid media team to identify trending UGC content and oversee communication and outreach to UGC creators
- Creative talent administration management including new vendor forms, talent PO’s, and invoices coordinating with internal finance team to ensure all documents are submitted and invoices paid on time
Twelve Month Expectations
- Create an unparalleled experience for influencers that fuels excitement & engagement and sustains brand love
- Increase share of voice across IG, TikTok and YouTube through on-going relationship building and product seeding
- Audit existing talent directory to identify areas of opportunity for gifting and paid partnerships that align to marketing calendar and activations
- Monitor influencer industry trends and new platform updates finding ways to integrate learnings into existing influencer strategy
- Partner cross-functionally finding creative ways to leverage influencer partners across campaign & brand moments
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in working in an influencer marketing, affiliate, or similar role that is grounded in relationship management and community
- Passionate about creating best-in-class experiences for both influencer partners & our customers
- Strong external and internal communication skills
- Solid visual and verbal presentation skills
- Exceptional relationship management skills
- Connected to culture and has finger on the pulse of all things influencer industry
In Accordance With The Applicable Law, The Following Represents a Good Faith Estimate Of The Minimum And Maximum Compensation Range For This Position
The estimated annual pay range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000There may be future opportunities for continued pay progression based on continued strong performance in the role.Full-time positions are also eligible for a competitive compensation and benefits package that include medical health insurance, 401K, equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units , Paid Time Off, Short Term and Long Term Disability leave, and a range of other benefits. Compensation for the role will be determined based on permissible, non discriminatory factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
