In this role, you’ll be responsible for the creation and implementation of content and engagement strategies that drives core talent experiences and services across the globe, including career development (the “Thrive” brand), learning, onboarding, performance management, leadership, assessments, succession planning, recruitment, retention, and more.

This Role Will

  • Lead projects and set employee engagement strategy , priorities, and timelines for deliverables across talent portfolio
  • Drive connections across teams and support the end-to-end delivery of new or refreshed features & products to ensure a great employee experience
  • Craft content and visuals and assist with compelling communications to support commercialization of our products and engage our employees
  • Build webpages on the Company’s intranet site to provide employees with information related to the talent initiative
  • Enhance existing practices and develop innovative approaches to improve our programs and processes
  • Collaborate, influence, and work closely with key stakeholders, including partners from the COE, HR, Technology, Legal, Communications, Change Management, and more to deliver high-quality products that support our talent and development strategies and empower employees to own their careers and Thrive
  • Promote DEI efforts throughout all talent management initiatives

You Will Also Have Developmental Opportunities To

  • Drive data collection and analysis across the talent portfolio and leverage continuous improvement skills to ensure effective program reporting to provide business leaders with insight into the effectiveness of the programs and areas of improvement.
  • Consult and research employee experiences and approaches and identify meaningful enhancements to improve the employee experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years experience in marketing, design, UX, user engagement, content creation, or similar roles with a Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Operational Excellence certifications: Agile and Scrum preferred
  • Project Management and UX Design certifications a plus

Desired Skills

The right candidate for this role has:

  • Experience owning program strategy and deliverables end-to-end i.e. The ability to:
    • Design and implement high-level strategic initiatives
    • Manage many moving parts and competing priorities while moving the projects forward
    • Mobilize and motivate key stakeholders
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Experience developing user-facing content such as presentations, communications, company intranet sites
  • Skilled proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office 365
  • Experience/knowledge in visual design tools such as Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience communicating with senior leadership
  • Expertise in marketing copy and/or employee-centric communications
  • HR program/project management skills
  • High level communication and storytelling skills
