Night is a next-gen talent representation platform and venture studio that operates in the creator economy. We represent some of the biggest digital and music artists on the internet, like MrBeast, Kai Cenat, Oliver Tree, Nessa Barrett, and many more. Everything we do is for the sake of empowering our creative talent to become entrepreneurs. We operate four distinct entities:
- Night Co: a talent management company
- Night Ventures: an early stage, consumer focused venture fund
- Night Labs: a startup incubator
- Night Studios: content development studio
We are searching for a highly motivated Strategy Coordinator to work across our incubation business, Night Labs. Within Night Labs, we have launched 8+ venture backed, creator-driven brands - CPG and consumer tech alike. Our Labs group consists of a lean, nine person, operating team of designers, strategists, investors, and operators. As a Strategy Coordinator at Night Labs, you'll play a pivotal role in contributing to the development of innovative CPG companies in our venture studio. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of project management and strategic support. To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of CPG, Brand, or e-commerce, as well as the creator landscape. Strong analytical skills and effective communication, both written and verbal, are essential for success. Your primary focus will be on data analysis, insights generation, and clear communication of findings.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in CPG, Brand, and ecommerce.
- An appreciation for the creator landscape is essential. This will enable you to assess early stage concepts effectively and contribute to their success.
- You should possess a highly analytical mindset to delve into data and draw meaningful insights. Proficiency in tracking and analyzing consumer data and metrics is crucial for this role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively convey your findings and insights to the Night Labs team and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Project Assessment: Collaborate with the team to assess startup concepts, evaluating their potential for success in the CPG, Brand, and e-commerce sectors.
- Data Analysis: Dive into data to uncover valuable insights and trends that can inform strategic decisions for our portfolio companies.
- Day-to-Day Support: Provide essential day-to-day support to the Night Labs team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient project management.
