Who We Are

TBNR (The Best Never Rest) was founded by the trailblazing Content Creator, Preston Arsement (known widely as PrestonPlayz) in 2012 with his first YouTube channel and has been growing nonstop ever since. We focus our channels on IRL content including skits and challenges, gaming content primarily focused on Minecraft, Roblox, Fortnite and reaction content.

Our Gaming Creative Team which includes the channels PrestonPlayz , PrestonGamez , BriannaPlayz , and TBNRFrags is looking to add a Gaming Creative Supervisor with a love for gaming (Minecraft, Roblox, and Fortnite knowledge a plus), a passion for mentoring and developing teams, YouTube obsessed, and a drive to continuously grow and deliver ground breaking ideas that increase CTR/impressions allowing us to be the trail blazers in the creator economy!

Your Direct Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Creative Strategists responsible for brainstorming, planning, and executing gaming content ideas
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to the team to enhance creativity and overall content quality
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and delegate tasks to ensure timely content production and delivery
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the Minecraft YouTube community
  • QC pitch documents and outlines
  • Run play tests for QA’s
  • Test and evaluate various mods, plugins, and maps for compatibility, functionality, and performance
  • Find high interest ideas that will drive the YouTube audience to click on our videos
  • Create an outline for the channel that will perform at a high level and drive a lot of interest within the YouTube space
  • Work directly with the Gaming Operations Manager on each mod/plugin/map to ensure that it meets TBNR expectations
  • Use data and analytics to track the success of our content and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in gaming content creation and strategy leading a team
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and testing within the gaming industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Minecraft and/or Roblox platforms and communities a plus
  • Passion for gaming and keeping up with the latest trends and updates
  • Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm and develop unique content ideas
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Knowledge of mods, plugins, and public servers
  • Knowledge of YouTube analytics and other tools used for measuring audience engagement and growth
  • Experience using Google Suite, Monday.com (or other project management tools), and Slack preferred

TBNR’s targeted total compensation rate for a full-time Gaming Creative Supervisor based in Dallas, Texas is between $85,000 and $120,000, which depends on experience, expertise, internal equity within the organization, location, and alignment with market data.
