What is this role?

As Cirkul's TikTok Content Creator, you will be our voice on TikTok. Your role involves crafting compelling content that resonates with our audience and showcases the Cirkul brand authentically.

What does an average day look like?

  • Driving Results: Regularly produce and edit 20+ TikToks weekly, in line with Cirkul's brand and campaign specifics.
  • Taking Ownership: Handle various content creation projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Making Decisions: Remain updated with TikTok trends to produce timely and relevant content.
  • Cultivating Relationships: Engage with various stakeholders to brainstorm strategies for community growth and engagement.
  • Instilling Trust: Keep Cirkul's voice consistent in all content.
  • Customer Focus: Engage with our customer base and use feedback to drive better content that converts and satisfies.

Qualifications

What background should you have?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Over a year of proven success in TikTok content ideation, creation, and editing.
  • Clear understanding of TikTok Creative Codes.
  • Experience in our industry, preferably food/beverage or CPG.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape.
  • Ability to adapt TikTok content to different stages of the conversion funnel.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal skills.
  • Openness to both on-camera and behind-the-scenes content creation roles.
