The Digital Manager, Client Marketing will work primarily with our Marketing & Analytics team. Leap Marketing & Analytics is the leader in providing sports teams, venues and entertainment companies in one-to-one interactive marketing. From email marketing to online advertising to database analysis, clients such as industry leaders such as Madison Square Garden, New York Jets, Major League Soccer, The Grammy Museum, and Foxwoods Casino Resort rely on Leap Marketing & Analytics to turn their customers into loyal fans.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will work collaboratively with our team of marketers and designers and report to our Director, Digital Marketing. You will be responsible for a wide-range of evolving digital including managing client relationships, and maximizing client success through executing our paid search strategies, and implementing paid social campaigns

As a Digital Manager, Client Marketing, You Will
- Execute paid social media strategy across all clients and perform daily management of each platform
- Research and identify trends and opportunities within the social space
- Manage and execute paid search strategy via Google Ads and Microsoft Ads and more
- Develop strategic paid digital gameplans and present them to current clients and prospective clients
- Perform regular paid keyword analysis, create and maintain SEM-focused landing pages, and develop ad copy regularly
- Monitor and implement new and emerging trends in SEM
- Manage paid social media campaigns via Facebook (Meta), Instagram, and LinkedIn ads.
- Report on and analyze all digital marketing efforts regularly
- Additional duties as assigned

Office Information
Leap Event Technology is a 100% remote-friendly company. However, we do offer the option of working in the office for employees located in Montréal (CAN), Pittsburgh (U.S.), Dallas (U.S.), Sydney (AUS). All of our offices are stocked with snacks and drinks and we provide a free lunch every week. We offer a monthly travel stipend, and even host the occasional themed party and happy hour!
If you don’t live near an office but happen to be visiting nearby, you can work from the office for as long as you need.

Leap Event Technology requires all Event Operations employees and contractors who will be representing the company at a client event to be fully vaccinated at least two weeks prior to attending. Exemptions are determined by the event organizer. Employees are not required to be fully vaccinated to be present at an office facility.

Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in marketing or related field
- 4+ years of relevant digital marketing experience
- Demonstrated paid search experience using Google Ads, Bing Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms
- Experience using Google Analytics for campaign performance analysis
- Experience executing paid advertising campaigns through Meta and X platforms
- Experience using CRM/lead management/marketing automation platforms, specifically Salesforce and Pardot
- Strong presentation skills with comfort in presenting to high-level executives
- Well-written individual who handles client communication with a proactive and professional approach
- Previous organic social media experience for a B2B company
- Passion for the social media and digital content space and an understanding of how consumers engage with and consume content on the various platforms
- Ability to tackle multiple projects at once while sticking to set deadlines
- Excellent reporting and analysis skills
- Meticulous attention to detail is an absolute necessity
- Fan of live events and the entertainment industry
