As an Associate Brand Manager- you will be at the center for some of the biggest decisions we make.
Associate Brand Managers are leaders in our business. You turn ideas into actions. Your responsibilities will span across strategy- advertising- media- and agency management. You’ll lead cross-functional teams of colleagues from category marketing- sales- consumer insights and multiple agency partners. You’ll build plans to deliver on annual and longer-term financial goals and bring the brand plan to life for consumers through development and executions of marketing campaigns. This position is best suited for someone who is creative- has a strong bias for action- a love for social media- and excellent communication skills. This person must be comfortable working both horizontally and vertically across an organization to keep multiple projects and priorities moving forward to achieve deadlines.
This ABM role brings the opportunity to work on the iconic Lunchables brand in North America. You will work on all facets of consumer facing Brand Communications for the Lunchables brand. You’ll bring to life new creative work across channels while partnering with award-winning agencies to find new and exciting ways for the brand to reach consumers. You will work on brand activations- or as we say “acts not ads” that further our brand ambition to resonate in culture with our target consumer. You will be responsible for thinking differently about how we advertise- and inspiring others to do the same.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Build breakthrough communications that will build brand equity and drive long-term growth for the business
- Lead end to end creative strategy
- Own creative brief for external collaborators
- Identify best creative territory/big idea for development
- Drive agency discussion- owner of feedback to primary agency
- Think strategically and holistically across full marketing mix- with specific focus and passion on emerging platforms
- Approve research framework for creative development
- Develop a deep understanding of the consumer and leverage consumer insights to drive brand and campaign strategy
- Collaborate with category marketing- consumer insights- shopper marketing- sales- legal- finance- and agency partners to take creative ideas & activations from concept to reality
- Run discussions during presentations with business unit and marketing senior leadership
- Management of in-house social media team- engaging the brand in culture and owning results and optimizations.
- Own influencer relations in partnership with PR and media agencies
- Lead full cross-agency team (creative- social- media- PR) to bring ideas to life and extend campaign across relevant channels
- Analyze data to develop strategies and assess in market results to drive business objectives
- Responsible for delivering creative work and activations on time and on budget
- Lead Advertising Production and Agency Fees budget – including day to day administration
Expected Experience & Required Skills
- Prior experience in marketing for an established or startup CPG company or experience supporting on the agency side
- Courageous individual with a strong creative gut who is passionate about the power of brand- creativity- design- & consumer experience to impact the strategic direction of a business. Experience with marketing campaign development from start to finish
- Models resiliency in a dynamic- fast paced work environment where ideas and opportunities happen fast and require flexibility to manage multiple simultaneous projects
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices
- Strong communication- influence- and relationship building skills in a cross-functional team environment- inclusive of media- PR and creative agency partners.
- Proven track record and drive for results
Work Environment & Schedule
This is a Hybrid role with 3 days a week in the local office. Additionally- this role requires working a salaried- exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations
Physical demands include but not limited to
- Willingness to drive and/or travel as needed
- Operate a computer and view screens for ~100% of work schedule

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness.
