Role Summary
The Digital Content Creator role is dedicated to producing engaging and diverse content for various social media platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta, and more. This professional will play a pivotal role in crafting content that resonates with target audiences, boosts online presence, and drives engagement. A deep understanding of social media dynamics and emerging trends is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Create captivating and tailored content for social media platforms.
- Develop creative concepts and elements for use in online media collateral.
- Generate compelling content drafts and materials in line with project objectives.
- Attend client meetings and present content ideas and strategies.
- Innovate and execute captivating digital content ideas.
- Collaborate on content strategies and produce high-quality digital solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, advertising, and digital content.
- Provide creative support for special projects as required.
- Collaborate closely with the team during project meetings and contribute creative insights.
- Propose creative elements for potential and upcoming content projects.
- Manage the production of digital campaigns (social media, animated content, etc.).
- Showcase strong conceptual thinking and content creation abilities across various platforms.
- Display project management skills, strategic thinking, and effective time management.
- Create and revise content layouts as per creative direction.
- Mentor team members to enhance their skills and efficiency.
- Work closely with the design team and the client's marketing groups to align with creative direction.
- Perform additional responsibilities as they are developed or defined.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing).
- experience in creating digital content for social media platforms.
- Proficiency in MAC based hardware/software systems.
- Thorough understanding of various social media platforms and their content requirements — particularly identifying top-performing paid creative and underlying reasons.
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new tools and project directions.
- Strong eye for design, composition, and layout.
- Proficiency in software packages such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), InDesign, and After Effects.
- Ability to create and edit animated content (e.g., GIFs) using software like Photoshop and After Effects.
- Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics – designing storyboards and animating for final output is a plus.
