Dagne Dover is looking for a NYC-based Marketing Associate. While this individual will have the opportunity to work on various projects, both remote and at our Soho store, their main focus will be on executing Dagne’s influencer gifting strategy. This candidate should be a true balance of left brain and right brain: creative, with a very good sense of up-and-coming brands, curation, and pop culture, while also having a keen attention to detail and the ability to simultaneously manage several projects in an organized manner. As a Marketing Associate on a small team, you will work on multiple areas of the business: from strategic gifting, to events, to retailer partnerships. You will work cross-functionally with multiple groups including founders, events, marketing, digital design, wholesale, HR, and the store.
The Role:
- Influencer Gifting: You will work closely with the Creative Marketing Director, Influencer Marketing Manager, and CEO, on all gifting initiatives including business development gifting, influencer/celebrity gifting and internal gifting. While liaising with the marketing team, you will ideate, manage and execute creative strategic gifting initiatives that are either established and turnkey or totally unique to an individual. While there is a solid strategy in place, you will have the ability to own and add onto the established foundation, as a creative contributor. As the project manager for each gifting initiative, it is important that you are an over-communicator, constantly communicating the status of each project with cross-functional partners, as well as getting out gifting in a timely manner.
- Organization: You will help prepare samples and props for different teams - from digital design to photoshoot, as well as organize items and samples post-shoot.
- Events: As a brand ambassador, you will help assist in the execution of consumer events at our store. Additionally, partnering with HR + founders, you will also plan and execute internal team events (5-6 times per year).

- Are based in NYC and can easily get to our Soho store.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $65,000 to $70,000.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
