About The Team:
HoYoCreators is a sub-brand under the HoYoverse umbrella. Our primary mission is to strategically engage with all gaming partners, with a particular focus on content creators to construct a diverse gaming content ecosystem that delivers an immersive and universally appealing experience to our player community. As a remote team, you will be working with team members located across the United States, Canada, China, Singapore, and Europe.
What You Will Do:
The HoYoCreators team is actively seeking an experienced, highly organized, and collaborative professional in the field of gaming content strategy to work with our YouTube Partnerships. We are in search of an individual who is deeply passionate about HoYoverse's games, YouTube, and the video streaming space. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with both the YouTube creators, forging enduring, effective, and trust-based working relationships that align seamlessly with HoYoverse's overarching business objectives.
- As a vital member of the HoYoCreators team, this role will revolve around partnering with various YouTube teams (e.g., Creator Partnership, Product, Marketing) and creators
- Work on designing and executing content and creator programs to boost the quantity, quality, and diversity of gaming content related to HoYoverse on YouTube
- Design and collaborate on online and offline initiatives, identifying opportunities for engagement, and ensuring our creators thrive while our player community enjoys diverse local content and audience engagement
- Expand our creator roster by identifying and partnering with YouTube teams, partners, and creators, driving high-quality content production and engagement through activations and Initiatives. Craft a holistic plan to test tactics to grow creators' presence on YouTube
- Manage YouTube campaigns and content planning, analyze performance metrics, and provide recommendations for future activities
- Create educational materials on product features and creator best practices for both internal and external usage
- Drive, measure, and analyze all HoYoverse YouTube creators and content performance against other gaming creators and content metrics. Perform in-depth competitive and industry research to help identify new content test verticals
- Streamline content planning and workflows, both internally and externally, and support strategic projects in the creator and content space
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of YouTube's content ecosystem and gaming. 6+ years in YouTube content or influencer marketing
- Prior YouTube content and creator partnership experience is required.
- Exceptional partnership skills in remote work settings.
- Effective communication, organizational, and presentation abilities. A professional, personable demeanor over the phone, on video calls, and in person.
- Strong proficiency in using 3rd party analytical tools and data to inform your suggestions and strategy.
- Outstanding project management in a multi-tasking environment.
- A deep passion for all HoYoverse games is required.
- Collaboration across time zones
You Will Stand Out If You Have:
- Established relationships with YouTube teams.
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Twitch, X, and Reddit.
- Willingness to travel as required, both domestically and internationally.
Benefits:
The base pay range for this position is $110,000 to $180,000 USD per year. Actual pay is based on location and may vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience from the candidate.
