Social Content Creator
Purpose
You will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and producing compelling social content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with our clients' brand identities. Leveraging your expertise in social trends and best practices, you will work closely with our creative and strategy teams to deliver culturally relevant content that drives awareness and engagement. Along with managing the Social Content Creators, ensuring the creation of high quality, creative advertising materials.
Responsibilities
■ Able to function as a leader in the conception, design, and creation of high-quality and culturally relevant video, still, and written content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and other emerging platforms.
■ Ability to ensure the quality, craft and implementation of all work done on given projects.
■ Demonstrates the ability to share a compelling POV and sell work to both internal stakeholders and external clients, assisting Content Creative Directors in this task.
■ Understands the Client’s business, brand, products and their customers.
■ Stays current with social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure content remains relevant and optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
■ Write creator briefs, give direction and collaborate with influencers, photographers, videographers, designers and other content creators as necessary to enhance the creative process.
■ Must be a player/coach, still creating much of their own work while delegating and mentoring those around them to produce attention getting content.
■ Provides consistent and direct on-going feedback and development to the Content Creators.
■ Strategize with the brand team to anticipate problems, analyze solutions, identify alternatives and suggest recommendations.
■ Partners with Group Creative Directors, Strategy, Clients and other departments to inform creative strategies that will lead to great work.
■ Able to conceptualize and sell content ideas that bridges the brand into socially relevant actions that commands attention.
■ Creation and production minded with the ability to design systematic approaches to paid social ad sets that drives both creative continuity and production efficiencies.

Professional Skills & Knowledge
■ Demonstrate excellent communications, selling and presentation skills, strong relationship and customer service skills.
■ Proven professional experience as a Social Media Content Creator, ideally within an advertising agency or creative environment, with a portfolio showcasing diverse content formats and styles.
■ Strong multidisciplinary creative portfolio demonstrating proficiency in content creation, video production, photography, graphic design, and copywriting.
■ Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their unique audiences, and content requirements.
■ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom, as well as video editing software.
Experience
6-10 years of experience in advertising, exceptions are made based on level of work pertaining to
creative product and creative management abilities. Presentation of a strong personal creative portfolio.
Education & Training
Bachelor's degree in art, design, photography, journalism, videography or related field is a plus
