- Record wellness classes in lengths of 5 minutes or longer
- Enthusiastically teach your certified/ licensed area of expertise, including chronic medical conditions, mental health, mindfulness, fitness, and nutrition, financial, leadership & development, hobbies & skills...and more!
- Post 2-5 times a month
