Lifeforce: Influencer and Partnership Manager

As the Director of Partnerships and Influencer Marketing, you will be a part of an innovative, fast-paced team dedicated to accelerating growth for Lifeforce. Bringing your creative and analytical skills to the position, you will be responsible for the ideation, planning, and execution of our influencer marketing and brand partnerships to expand brand awareness, drive engagement, acquisition, and retention. In addition to managing existing relationships, you will grow and develop a network of top tier, on-brand, creators, influencers and brand partners across lifestyle and health/wellness audiences. You will report to the VP of Brand and will have a working relationship with other key cross functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities will include:
INFLUENCER:
- Identify, establish, and maintain a roster of consistent, long-term relationships with relevant on-brand creators and influencers
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Growth teams to execute integrated campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels and to ensure that influencer strategy is aligned with brand priorities
- Oversee overall paid and organic influencer marketing strategy across all social platforms.
- Own and manage all aspects of the process including: prospecting, contracts, negotiations, briefing, creative review and delivery as well as reporting
- Partner cross functionally with organic social and paid strategist to develop conversion-focused content to leverage for whitelisting or paid media ads.
- Establish and manage OKRs and be the main owner of Influencer budgeting, as well as regular reporting on outreach, revenue, and budget spend, tracked daily, weekly and monthly against aggressive growth goals
- Utilize influencer analytics platforms and tools to prospect and source helpful insights on trends and influencer landscape with the team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to inform influencer and partnership strategies and continuously refine strategies based on campaign learnings and industry trends
- Own the development and launch of our first formal ambassador program
PARTNERSHIPS:
- Support VP in building out a best in class brand partnerships program
- Contribute to and manage current brand partner CRM
- Be responsible for contract development and contract negotiation
- Continually keep in touch with prospects and secured partners as well as guide them through the Lifeforce experience
- Drive new membership sales through partner opportunities on an ongoing basis
- Be responsible for bringing partnerships to life through strategic deliverables, campaigns and activations
- Lead creative production on any and all brand partnership deliverables as well as guide partners how to bring our messaging to life in their channels
- Help develop how and where we leverage brand partnerships for ongoing growth
- Support VP with VIP, Celebrity and key strategic brand partnerships already in place
Who You Are:
- Passionate and constantly curious about health, wellness and the longevity space
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience in communications, influencer marketing and brand partnerships or related roles including direct experience owning and operating high-growth influencer and brand partnership programs
- You are someone who likes to reinvent and rethink βhow things have always been doneβ - you continuously propose fresh creative ideas while analyzing data and consumer trends to identify relevant opportunities that challenge the status quo
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing platforms, tools, and trends
- Experience managing and developing talent, influencer, and media relationships
- Background in developing and managing influencer campaigns or activations and content creation
- Exceptional communication and follow up skills including written, verbal and presentations
- Avid consumer and user of all social platforms
- Candidate should be a natural networker both online and in real life
- Strong sense of urgency, excitement about disrupting the healthcare industry
- Existing relationships with well-known influencers and brand partners are a strong plus
