The Role?

The Integrated Content and Influencer Partnerships Manager will play a crucial role in the OUAI Communications team, responsible for developing and executing integrated content strategies and managing paid partnerships. They will collaborate with Social, Digital and Brand teams to execute paid content strategy and increase brand visibility. Reports to Director of Communications.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and execute OUAI’s integrated content strategy supporting brand Comms, Social and Digital objectives
  • Lead and execute OUAI’s Micro Creator program providing support to Social team
  • Identify and establish relationships with creators and influencers for paid partnerships
  • Negotiate creator agreements and manage relationships to maintain on-time delivery of assets
  • Partner with Social team on designing briefs, creator selection and content optimization
  • Analyze and report on the performance of content and partnerships, and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies
  • Support the Communications team’s work in influencer marketing, identifying appropriate opportunities for the content creator community to engage with OUAI products in a way that drives affinity
  • Partner with and provide ongoing updates to Communications team to ensure that Creator partnerships are aligned with overall team objectives and priorities
  • Collaborate with multiple different internal teams to ensure alignment and planning of content needs
  • Ensure brand consistency and Creator adherence to brand guidelines in all content and partnerships
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social or communications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful paid content strategies
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in project management and budget management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
