About The Job
As a day-to-day client strategy lead, the Account Supervisor, Social, is an emerging agency leader who displays significant levels of responsibility and a strong ability and desire to grow into a leadership role. The Account Supervisor, Social, manages projects, develops social strategies, and is a master of execution. This hire will lead a multi-specialty portfolio, and will be focused on content and campaign ideation and executing, as well as reporting.

Social Media Expertise
- Develop and execute data-driven social media campaigns and strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, c.
- Create owned and earned social media reports, as well as competitor landscape reports, to track progress, develop actionable insights, and inform future work
- Identify opportunities around platform changes and emerging platforms, staying ahead of social media and digital developments
- Execute technically proficient and creative copywriting skills
- Experience with paid social media (such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) is a plus
- Experience developing content calendars and corresponding social media content for executives is also a plus
Strategic Thinking & Planning
- Demonstrate the ability to lead internal planning meetings and brainstorm sessions, creating structure and actionable next steps
- Develop annual client plans inclusive of big ideas and always-on opportunities
- Assume responsibility for spearheading new opportunities with existing and prospective clients, securing appropriate senior input
- Serve as an emerging leader within the agency
- Exhibits analytical thinking, and has experience creating and reviewing comprehensive reports for clients
Account Leadership
- Serve as day-to-day strategic lead, anticipating client concerns and needs, and provide counsel across multiple accounts, and leading client and stakeholder meetings with limited supervision
- Work independently and confidently, taking initiative where appropriate and asking for help when needed
- Strong knowledge of a broad range of industry sectors, and the curiosity to learn about even more
- Demonstrate ability to manage difficult situations with clients and teams, as needed
- Manage all administration of accounts, advising management of reasonable deadlines and expectations regarding all aspects of ongoing client work
- Lead account teams to drive client results, guiding the work of team members, setting priorities, managing responsibilities and maintaining deadlines
- Contribute to the mentoring and professional development of account staff
Business Development
- Support on leading new business opportunities with prospective clients
- Recognize new business/organic growth opportunities with existing accounts
- Write new business proposals and programs, scopes of work, etc.
- Draft new scopes of work for projects
Team Leadership
- Identify growth opportunities for team and develop resources and/or workshop sessions to foster continued growth and team efficiencies
- Identify and inform team and wider agency of relevant trends, with the ability to put together a thoughtful POV where applicable

- Has a minimum of 5 years of experience

- Has executive communications experience
