Senior Manager Global Culture Marketing NAM
PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION
Contribute to the development of NAM strategic initiatives and Global Brand Strategy to connect the adidas brand to our target consumers, through Global and local (NAM specific) Culture Marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Culture Marketing touch point for NAM for all accelerator categories for the brand
- Develop and drive processes and strategy to support key global (and local) product and influencer activations that ensure successful sell-in/sell-out of product ranges
- Act as the link between BU, Comms and Category Marketing Teams for region/area of responsibility.
- Manage all influencer related topics
- Ensure Culture Marketing strategy is implemented in any product or brand marketing initiatives that involve influencers.
- Support key brand strategies through cross-functional collaboration and execution.
- Support Brand Campaigns with relevant partner network integration. Assure timely approvals of all assets.
- Work with Legal as needed for Partner, Network or activation contract agreements.
- Contribute and maintain relationships in the adidas network and ensure they receive world class service.
- Work with external partners to align the adidas brand with the key global influencers
- Support impactful sell-in and sell-out tools to all markets/channels when Culture Marketing partners are integrated.
- Ensure delivery of the required content/brand and strategic objectives on-time-in-full at key creation, brand activation, Newsroom, and City Attack influencer plans and support
- Drive process improvements where necessary
- Collaborate with designated markets/channels to build category business plans and landing key brand priorities (eg GFR), collaborate with and support key markets/channels with reaching financial targets and KPI's.
- Evaluate the key markets/ channels to ensure proper implementation of marketing strategies. Use regular analysis and business relevant information to develop future plans that include Culture Marketing partners for advertising or activation (eg social media, appearances)
- Contribute and lead strategic projects on a cross-functional and /or functional-/category- specific level.
- Oversight of project budgets according to brand and key city priorities and business initiatives while ensuring all aspects of the plan are within the estimated budget.
- Manage all reports as an integrated team by setting team objectives, targets and guidelines to ensure smooth cooperation of all direct reports

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent education required
- 6 years of relevant work experience
- 2 years working with key markets or 1 year working in a top tier adidas market

- Employees are eligible to earn an annual bonus based on both company and personal performance. Employees accrue prorated flexible time off in the amount .4388 hours per day that increases with years of service, eleven paid holidays throughout the calendar year and Service Time Off during milestone years.
- The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is ($120,000-$125,000). Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, and proficiency for the role.
- We officially returned to office in a hybrid work environment, working 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The working location of this position is Los Angeles, CA.
