Influencer Relations Manager, Xsolla Partner Network

Compensation: $120,000 to $160,000 Annually

We are looking to hire an Influencer Manager to join our global Xsolla Partner Network (XPN) team. This is an exciting opportunity based in our Sherman Oaks, CA Headquarters with loads of career growth opportunities!

What is Xsolla Partner Network? It allows game developers to collaborate with thousands of program partners through a single agreement and integration point. With our technology, our partners can:

  • Gain an exponentially larger global reach by leveraging 650K+ influencers and 50+ affiliate networks.
  • Scale content creator relationships with a branded affiliate marketing engine hosted on their domain.
  • Distribute their influencer programs to Keymailer and other third party services.
  • Let us handle legal and taxation issues — we’ll calculate, report, and process all payouts globally.
  • Confirm influencer authenticity through social account connection and verification using custom subscriber or follower minimums for each platform.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage a network of top-tier content creators and social media influencers
  • Develop and manage relationships with creators and influencers to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, fees, and expectations with creators and influencers
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and PR teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Liaise with internal Business Development and Account Management teams on creator and influencer partnership strategies and opportunities
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends on social media and in the influencer community to provide ongoing recommendations for future campaigns
  • Work with brand marketing on consumer facing influencer collateral and develop action plans to address the needs of our influencer networks
  • Define performance goals, create rosters, track conversions, and measure influencer performance success
  • Responsible for ongoing communication with existing influencer partners, while actively identifying, sourcing and negotiating new influencer partnerships and content opportunities
  • Monitor and adjust partnership strategies in accordance with best practices and relevant trends


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years in an influencer marketing role with extensive experience working directly with influencers and streamers
  • Possess a passion for gaming and enjoy identifying partnerships and best practices for gaming influencers at a global level across streaming and content platforms
  • Creative, an excellent communicator, and an analytical problem-solver
  • Team player who can flourish in fast-paced environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across our global multi-cultural teams
  • Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and organizational and skills
  • Direct experience with video game publishers, products
  • Expert in mobile and video game established and rising influencers
  • Solid experience working with gamers across multiple platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize demands
  • Data-driven with experience setting clear goals and KPIs
  • Experience working with and/or managing influencer marketing agencies from the RFP process though execution and wrap report
  • Proficient using a management platform such as Tubular:io, Stream Hatchet or similar
  • Experience working at an organization with an entrepreneurial mindset


$120,000 - $160,000 a year
