About the team:
Creative Lab is TikTok's in-house creative consultancy for brands and creative companies. We work collaboratively with key accounts, creative agencies, and in-house creative teams to inspire creativity and advance TikTok-first thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Lead creative consultation with key clients. You partner with Sales and other XFN teams to develop creative strategy work for our most important clients. You proactively prioritize internal business objectives and propose solutions that solve clients' business problems.
- Help clients understand how to create for TikTok. Educate and inspire all internal and external partners on TikTok creative possibilities. You do this in many ways: real-time consultation on creative strategies, workshops, best practices, trends presentations, and more.
- Inspire the industry. You translate trends and behaviors from our community, updates to our products and platform, and shifts in the broader business and creative industry into larger creative opportunities. You work with brands and agencies to develop best in class creative on TikTok.
- Manage your own projects in a fast-growing startup. We don't believe in project managers and layers of bureaucracy. You multi-task and prioritize your own projects, manage your own deadlines, and maintain a positive, collaborative relationship with XFN partners.
- Champion our branded solutions. Understand ad product benefits, capabilities, and features that translates to creative recommendations and best practices for clients.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years in a creative or creative strategy role
- Able to work out of our office in Manhattan, weekly, on a hybrid-schedule
- Experience within a top tier creative agency, brand creative group or a creative role within a technology company
- Passion for TikTok, the power of the platform, its communities, and the creative possibilities it can unlock
- Strong grasp on culture, an eye for trends and a keen understanding of what is relevant in modern media
- Excellent written and verbal communicator, with the ability to solve for complex business problems through compelling creative strategies, breakthrough creative ideas, and engaging presentations
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a keen ability to facilitate stakeholders towards positive outcomes. Strong people skills and the ability to engage on all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, maintaining organization, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $106666 - $165000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
