About the role:
A successful Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing will be highly entrepreneurial, thrive on collaboration, and possess a holistic and deep understanding of the influencer space. This person will be responsible for the ideation, planning, and execution of the vision for influencer marketing and 360 campaign strategy to expand brand awareness and drive engagement, acquisition, and retention. This role would oversee both the macro and micro influencer programs and teams, focusing on Meta, TikTok and Youtube platforms.
The role will report to the Director of Digital Content and Strategy, and actively collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders in Social, Brand, Retail, Partnerships, Activations and Sales.
Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:
- Oversee the paid and organic influencer marketing strategy for all key product launches, brand campaigns, seasonal moments and drive an “always-on” strategy for ongoing, evergreen marketing campaigns.
- Directly manage the Macro and Micro Influencer channel content & comms strategy & execution (including paid and organic).
- Translate strategies into tactical plans and ensure team deliverables align with strategies.
- Day-to-day oversight on all influencer initiatives, tracking progress against key performance indicators and identifying opportunities to scale.
- Define and manage goals and KPIs for influencer, ensuring they are being met and scaled, including awareness, engagement, reach and conversion.
- Manage direct reports that oversee macro and micro influencer channels.
- Partner with the ecomm/paid media and social team to develop engagement-driving and revenue-driving content.
- Support and oversee key influencer, consumer and brand events and experiences, ensuring activations are supported through key influencer partnerships and content.
- Support the growth strategy of the college athlete program and develop a formula to define success.
- Utilize influencer analytics platforms and survey competitive landscape to share insights and trends to create data-driven strategies and best in class programming, as well as bring forth new disruptive ideas.
- Prepare and distribute reports on the latest influencer marketing opportunities, succinctly and clearly summarizing key recommendations for a wide range of internal stakeholders.
- Own the relationship with Influencer agencies.
- Manage the macro and micro budget.
- Stay on the cutting edge of influencer marketing and bring disruptive new ideas or platforms to the table.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field required.
- 5+ years of experience within the Influencer and/or social space.
- Minimum 3 years of agency management experience required.
- Experience leading and managing a team of at least 3+ direct reports.
- Proven experience analyzing and applying online consumer data.
- Proven experience in measuring, recapping ROI and replicating best practice conversion tactics.
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with the creative design process, media buying and agency relations highly preferred.

Work Environment:
- Hybrid / Office environment with flexibility for industry events.
The expected base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $155,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
