Main Purpose Of The Influencer Relations Assistant Role

This is a full time role for a candidate who is able to assist in growing REVOLVE’s influencer program and organizing content strategy efforts, working with influencers to promote key product drops and campaigns across all social platforms.

Major Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Recruit a diverse group of influencers across all social platforms
• Manage day-to-day relationships and communication with influencers
• Oversee monthly product orders and tracking completion of deliverables
• Execute outreach and monitoring for REVOLVE owned brands and other campaign gifting initiatives
• Support team in organizing content strategy and ideating key messaging for influencers
• Administrative duties including shipping labels, monitoring content and list building
  
  

Required Competencies

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hyper organized and ability to manage an expansive network of influencers and relationships
• Be creative and solution-oriented
• Team player and self-starter
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree: Business, Marketing/Communications preferred
• 1+ years of experience working in social and influencer marketing (internship experience included)

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $37,440 per year to $45,760 per year.
