Influencer & Partnerships Marketing Manager
KT is looking for the right Influencer & Brand Partnerships Marketing Manager to join a rapidly expanding & successful team. As the Influencer & Brand Partnerships Marketing Manager, you will play an integral role in creating, building, and maintaining influencer brand relations and being the face of KT to influencer and athlete partners, as well as Brand & Sport partnerships like athletic governing bodies and other key brand partners of KT Tape. You will build on and grow the KT ColleKTive Ambassador program. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Public Relations, and Social Media teams to develop influencer & partnership strategies that align directly with business goals. This is a new position we are creating to increase brand relevance and drive better engagement across our target fitness communities.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and proactive leader with strong organizational skills. They are an analytical and articulate team player with a professional demeanor and who enjoys being part of an enthusiastic, business-oriented and committed team. Must be driven and able to work with a sense of urgency, adapt to any situation, remain organized, maintain control of full campaign creation & execution, and be able to learn quickly.
What You Will Be Doing
- Establish and maintain regular direct communication between the influencer partners, actively source and negotiate new influencer partnerships
- Create an advanced and comprehensive influencer content calendar to continually drive brand awareness and engagement
- Partner with external sport governing bodies to deliver breakthrough content that highlights the KT brand, is relevant to our target consumer, and generates measurable results to our business
- Monitor content to ensure compliance with brand voice, guidelines, and brand goals
- Set goals, track conversions, and measure success of influencer partnerships, ambassador program, and partnership contracts
- Actively keep a pulse on emerging influencers and trends through various social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Strava and YouTube
- Implement tracking affiliate marketing for our community of influencers and be able to prove ROI and performance of each activation
- Manage influencer & partnership budgets
- Negotiate contracts and organization of multi-level influencer and ambassador programs that are focused on driving awareness & revenue;
- Be the face of KT, interacting directly with agencies, influencers and their managers/agents, ambassadors, and your counterparts at partnered brands or sport governing bodies.
- As needed, oversee and manage KT relationship with external agencies to deliver approved marketing plans within approved budgets.
- Manage and grow the KT ambassador program
- Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network and execute organic campaigns and co-created brand content
- Develop briefs, content guidelines and training guides for influencer partner prompts
- Manage the briefing, creation, and communication with internal and external creative and social media teams to deliver partnership assets in a timely manner
- Organize and create athlete partner production details and manage creative team to execute the brand vision to receive the briefed deliverables
- Communicate effectively to stakeholders, including senior management and content developers
What We Expect From You
Our ideal candidate will have a BS degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in brand partnership and/or influencer relations. This candidate will have experience working within creative platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
This candidate should have experience analyzing data to deliver on KPIs and a successful track record of elevating brands and influences alike. They will have experience managing ambassador or micro influencer programs and communities. In addition, this candidate must have strong communications skills and attention to detail to organize and manage time effectively to meet competing deadlines
