Position Summary: As an Art Director at Levelwing, you’ll be an essential part of the creative team, working in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team including copywriters, designers, strategists, and other specialists. The Art Director will work under the guidance and leadership of our Group Creative Director and Associate Creative Director. The Art Director will be an influencer on the team but will not have direct reports. The Art Director will be responsible for learning each client’s business objectives and helping them accomplish them through strategically sound and creatively elegant concepts.

Minimum Skills & Requirements

• Five plus (5+) years of art direction experience; agency experience highly preferred
• Whether agency or in-house experience, a strong portfolio is required
• Attentive to the performance and optimization of creative output
• A history of handling multiple projects, managing time and generally being proactive
• Writing competency and a keen eye for copy is required
  
  

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide high-level design work on client projects
• Develop creative concepts that bring strategy to life
• Take initiative in gathering insights, trends, and data to inform your creative and ensure content is fresh, relevant, and impactful
• Demonstrate mastery of tone and style, adapting your creative to different brands, platforms, and audiences with ease
• Participate in brainstorms and collaborate with creative, accounts, and media
• Own creative decisions and convincingly present ideas and creative work to clients
• Bring a strong point of view to our work and culture
  
  

Locations: Levelwing is committed to providing our employees with work environments that suite their lifestyles, as a result we operate as a remote and hybrid agency with office locations in Charleston, South Carolina, and Nashville, Tennessee.
