About the role
As Influencer Marketing & Partnerships Manager, you will lead critically important and visible relationships with influencers, creator partners, and key talent. You will ensure these partnerships consistently support our brand strategy to meaningfully connect with and earn consumer engagement. This includes crafting commercial deals, co-marketing programs and editorial programming for these partnerships. You will also build and leverage your networks to create sustainable business development opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships directly with talent, talent management, and agencies.
- Responsible for identifying and evaluating new influencer talent, managing negotiations and ensuring timely execution of talent contracts and payments.
- Partner with department lead to develop long-term strategy for how we build and leverage portfolio of influencers across key verticals (music, sports, content creators, gaming, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to develop influencer activation plans to inform contract terms and content development.
- Develop measurement framework to help evaluate potential influencer partnerships and to evaluate performance of current influencer portfolio.
- Track cultural trends and nuance across key markets and leverage those insights to inform local influencer portfolio and activation strategy.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience
- Proven track record collaborating with talent, influencers, and creators
- Relationship maven with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Sound commercial judgement and decision-making expertise
- Negotiation and commercial deal structuring capabilities
- Activation-minded with ability to execute partnerships end-to-end
- Analytical understanding of underlying data and methodologies used to inform decision making that drives performance
- Ability to multi-task and continually oversee a portfolio of active and prospective relationships at varying maturity levels
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Established networks within influencer marketing
- Previous brand and/or agency experience a plus
- Global experience a plus
