The Sr. Manager of Global Marketing & Communications is responsible for growing our market share worldwide via global and localize marketing plans. They will be in charge of the marketing strategy for an entire category of business. From media plans to content strategy to retail activations, the person will work closely with global and international partners to bring disruptive marketing activations to life and balance between long term strategic thinking and short term tactical activations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop marketing and communication plans for key product categories to increase global market share
  • Create consumer personas in relation to product category, media, & shopping habits
  • Create consumer journey maps with key engagement touchpoints online & offline
  • Research & present consumer, industry, media, retail, and international marketing trends to ensure category leadership
  • Create a 3-year marketing calendar that combines new product launches, core product campaigns, disruptive PR events, and holidays.
  • Tailor global marketing calendars by region to account for unique challenges in each market

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, partnership marketing and/or brand marketing at a brand or agency.
  • 3+ years of services-related industry experience (hospitality, restaurant, salon, etc.) a plus
  • Knowledge of the global beauty industry and landscape
  • Strong knowledge of social media, influencer, and media landscape
  • Experience with retail, instore marketing
  • Experience working with international teams
  • Experience in analyzing complex issues and to develop relevant and realistic plans, programs, and recommendations
  • Strong strategic thinker who approaches challenges with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgency, who works well under pressure and thrives under tight deadlines

Schedule:

  • Hybrid - requires onsite presence weekly

The target salary range for this position is $93,000 - $128,000. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
