Hero Cosmetics is a functional skin solution brand focused on acne-prone skin and part of the Church & Dwight family of power brands. We develop products such as the Might Patch, Rescue Balm, and Lighting Wand to address the full lifecycle of acne. Acne-prone skin is human, and it can often feel entirely out of our control. Hero is looking for a Creative Operations Lead that will be responsible for leading brand campaigns, campaign oversight, campaign process and communications between marketing and creative. The Creative Ops Lead will work collaboratively across teams to implement new processes + workflows in order to deliver successful creative initiatives efficiently, on time + within budget.

What You'll Do

Strategy

  • Develop detailed and comprehensive campaign program roadmap and timeline, inclusive of marketing and creative deliverables.
  • Develop new and efficient ways to route creative, promote good feedback, ensure transparent and succinct communication, and streamline approvals
  • Support and lead general creative process improvements across, people, process and tools in partnership with Director of Creative Ops.
  • Develop and iterate on creative operations campaign playbook and best practices
  • Rally the team during tight deadlines promoting enthusiasm while holding team members accountable (good energy is a must)

Campaign Operations

  • Partner closely with marketing lead to program manage campaigns from strategy through launch
  • Oversee and collaborate on creative project timelines and key milestones
  • Work closely with the Creative product operations manager to ensure product
  • launch timelines and needs fit within campaign timelines
  • Collaborate with Creative product operations manager + creative ops coordinator on merch + influencer kits and how they fit into campaign timelines
  • Oversee Creative operations team members supporting on campaign deliverables
  • Partner with Lead Producer on production needs for campaign, working closely through the production process and collaborating on sourcing with outside vendors to accomplish production needs
  • Facilitate collaboration between creative and cross-functional teams
  • Facilitate project after-actions in collaboration with marketing to further iterate on process, resourcing, and creative output

Who You Are

  • +8 years of project management experience across creative and marketing teams
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Experience leading large scale, cross functional brand campaigns across creative + marketing teams
  • Problem solver with instinctive ability to forecast and anticipate what certain decisions will lead to
  • Effective and direct communication while keeping the campaign team focused and on-task
  • Knowledge of design with the ability to speak the language across creative and marketing
  • Thrive in a fast paced and high volume environment with ever changing priorities
  • Go getter with the ability to roll your sleeves up to get the job done
  • Passionate about creative across all our products and the consumer experience
  • Strong attention to detail - you will be reviewing highly sensitive creatives on a daily basis
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite, graphic design, and print
  • Calmest problem solver in the room with the ability to be clear, concise, and straight to the point while encouraging collaboration
  • Extremely organized

Working conditions

This is a Hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely and in our NYC office at 407 Broome St, New York, NY.

Compensation

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $101,60 - $158,800. This position is also eligible for a bonus.
