Job Summary
This position is a member of the Account Management Team. The Program Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations and success of our client accounts and programs. The Program Manager will be involved in Client/Partner onboarding, program operations, growing Client relationships, as well as supporting future growth and expansion of each assigned Account. The Program Manager will work with cross-functional teams with the ultimate goal of account success and satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
Program Strategy
- Manage assigned programs to ensure client/company objectives are met.
- Collaborate with Client Directors on Key Accounts to ensure client growth/retention by understanding client's industry and evolving business objectives.
- Facilitate regular business reviews to highlight program performance and identify new/improvement opportunities to maximize program success (which may include development of additional communications or program promotions).
- Educate clients on product enhancements and solutions that are applicable to them.
- Manage potential third-party relationships as needed for offering new development features and functionality.
Program Operations
- Responsible for all aspects of assigned programs, from implementation through ongoing maintenance, monitoring and growth, as well as client/participant/partner satisfaction.
- Track program’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide meaningful analysis to client and report to management as needed.
- Execute program modifications (includes content, communications, system modules, etc.) and data management activities as needed.
- Conduct partner/participant onboarding calls, presentations, activities as required by the program.
- Ensure agreements made with clients and action plans are executed by coordinating with internal departments and external partners as necessary (which may include developing related processes to ensure follow-up activities run efficiently, on-time and within budget).
- Work with cross-functional teams to execute the program - BI/Reporting, Marketing & Communications, Product Management, etc.
- Serve as project manager for program deliverables as needed. Deliverables may include:
- Partner Assessments
- LinkedIn Digital Advertising
- Events
- Case Studies
- To-Partner Newsletters
- Social Calendars
- Sales Enablement Kits
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the RewardTrax platform if managing incentive programs.
- Manage and execute other deliverables as determined by our company’s service rate cards.
Relationship Building
- Create and maintain the connection with the client where you and our company are perceived as a value-added business partner.
- Identify and build relationships with Decision Maker(s), Influencer(s), and Administrator(s).
- Collaborate with client/internal teams to establish new relationships and opportunities to support expansion within assigned accounts/programs.
General
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by your supervisor, the Statement of Work with the Client, and/or the business.

Job specifications (Required skills)
- 3-5 years in similar roles and experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate across departments
- Ability to work in person and remote if needed
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High degree of flexibility
Preferred Skills (non-essential)
- Salesforce, Asana, and Microsoft Office experience
Physical Requirements:
- Travel requirement – none
- Ability to lift 10 pounds (laptop for remote work)
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time.
- Move about inside the office for meetings and to access office equipment
- Ability to sit for long periods of time at a computer utilizing a phone with headset
- Operate a keyboard for system access and email communication
- Position primarily communicates verbally with clients through phone and call center software.
