The best candidate is highly detail-oriented, hungry to learn, and passionate about building strong relationships to get work done quickly.

Your day-to-day:

  • Oversee internal compliance approval for organic social content, and content generated by Greenlight’s creator and influencer partners.
  • Manage sweepstakes and promotions with internal and external vendors, ensuring we can run sweepstakes at the right times.
  • Manage usage terms for creator-generated content, coordinating across the Marketing department to communicate expiration dates and negotiate extensions with creators and agents as needed.
  • Assist with managing organic social media calendar and creating some social media posts.
  • Build out landing pages to support brand partnership promotions and sweepstakes.
  • Researching new potential brands, influencers, and celebrities for Greenlight
  • Managing partner outreach and coordinating meetings to drive agreements and projects forward.
  • Submitting PO requests and overseeing contracting and payout process
  • Assist with creative briefing process, collecting and organizing creative assets from partners, and maintaining content delivery schedules to keep all parties on track to reach our goals

Who you are:

  • A highly organized self-starter, with a relentless attention to details and a passion for marketing and finding the right partners to tell the boldest brand stories.
  • An intuitive and creative problem solver who can anticipate roadblocks and proactively meet them with solutions
  • A builder who thrives in fast-paced work environments; you can manage multiple projects at once and are structured about your work approach.
  • A strong writer, with impeccable communication skills.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations
  • Experience serving in an administrative capacity, managing calendars and program details
  • Knowledge of the social media landscape, current influencers, and up-and-coming creators
  • Bonus for an interest in copywriting and brand strategy

Not sure this one’s for you? Don’t count yourself out. Show us what you’ve got and we’ll reach out if there’s a great fit.
