What is this role?

As Cirkul's TikTok Content Creator, you will be our voice on TikTok. Your role involves crafting compelling content that resonates with our audience and showcases the Cirkul brand authentically.

What does an average day look like?

  • Driving Results: Regularly produce and edit 20+ TikToks weekly, in line with Cirkul's brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Taking Ownership: You’ll be the TikTok content expert for the Cirkul brand. You’ll be impeccably organized in all your projects and ensure timely delivery to various stakeholders.
  • Making Decisions: Utilize performance data to inform decisions on the next creative iterations and concepts, driving stronger efficiency in paid ads. Stay on top of TikTok trends to help produce timely and relevant content for the Cirkul audience.
  • Cultivating Relationships: . Stay in lock-step with the Performance Marketing Team and Organic Social Team to develop content that reaches each of their goals, in effectively growing Cirkul’s customer base and community engagement.
  • Instilling Trust: Keep Cirkul's brand voice and values consistent in all content.
  • Customer Focus: Have a pulse on customer feedback and interactions in all platforms (Customer Insights, Social Media Groups, Surveys, etc.) Engage with our customer base to help create content that converts and fulfills business goals.


Qualifications

What background should you have?

  • Over a year of proven success in TikTok content ideation, creation, and editing, especially within performance advertising.
  • Clear understanding of TikTok Creative Codes.
  • Ability to adapt TikTok content to different stages of the conversion funnel.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Video Editor, CapCut, and similar tools for video content creation.
  • Natural affinity for keeping up with social media trends, pop-culture news, and the latest internet buzz.
  • Experience in our industry, preferably food/beverage or CPG.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal skills.
  • Openness to both on-camera and behind-the-scenes content creation roles.
