The Opportunity
Skills/Experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with brands or agencies, managing multiple brands.
- Strong experience in managing creative and creative agencies.
- Extensive digital marketing and social media experience.
- Deep understanding of brands, the creator economy, digital collectibles, and the potential of authenticated on-chain IP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with creators and brands.
- Proven track record as a high performer, capable of working independently and taking ownership of projects.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies in the creator economy is a plus.

Virtualness puts creators first and is building the playbook for easy design, efficient sharing, and seamless digital commerce. We are looking for a marketing manager to help us build a community around our brand first by communicating how easy it is to use Virtualness and how our platform enables unique experiences and unlock new channels for monetization for Creators and brands.
About The Role
We are looking for a rockstar marketing manager. You are a self-starter who loves to nurture long term relationships that create win/wins for both our partners and Virtualness. You are talented at articulating the benefits of a product, educating people on how to use a new product or feature, sharing partner stories, and bringing back to the team insights you are gaining from your conversations and working collaboratively cross functionally to amplify a partnership.
You are responsible for building deeper connections between creators, brands, and their communities, while driving the adoption of our platform.
You thrive working at a fast pace and helping a collaborative team build momentum to make a massive impact. You are a team player and enjoy a highly collaborative role that interfaces across cross-functional global teams and works directly with a team of seasoned industry leaders. Responsibilities
- Articulate and showcase the value proposition of Virtualness for brands and Creators that are looking to explore Gen AI and blockchain.
- Experience developing and implementing marketing and activation plans.
- Ability to manage multiple agencies.
- Collaborate with the partnerships and sales teams to develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new creators to our platform.
- Recommend and manage events we organize or partner with to cultivate new relationships.
- Work closely with brands and creators to understand their needs, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Collaborate with the product development team, gathering insights and feedback from creators to shape the future of our platform.
- Track and analyze key metrics related to our creator engagement pipeline and revenue generation, providing regular reports to the management team.
