The Raytheon Operations and Supply Chain Integrated Talent Development (ITD) team is committed to driving innovation in the way employees learn and work. We leverage the Microsoft Power Platform (primarily) to solve knowledge transfer problems and facilitate connection and a culture of engagement, continuous learning, and ongoing improvement.
We are searching for a skilled, highly motivated User Engagement Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with understanding and passion for content creation for user engagement, has an awareness of marketing and branding best practices, and is energized to observe, learn, and contribute to our evolving Knowledge Transfer ecosystem. Responsibilities:
- Thoughtfully understand the ITD (Integrated Talent Development) Ecosystem, with an emphasis on Knowledge Transfer systems, processes, tools, and culture; support internal ITD-Team alignment and OSC-wide buy-in.
- Support user and stakeholder enablement and engagement in Knowledge Transfer systems, processes, tools, and culture (ex. designing how-to guides, news articles, branded collateral, etc.); Serve as a thought partner in continued evolution of said resources and engagement materials.
- Assist in design of strategic presentation materials, including those with high exposure to Leadership Team.
- Help identify and address engagement concerns and look for opportunities to establish efficient, scalable, and repeatable processes to optimize Engagement Team efforts.
- Support creation of Video-Knowledge job aids by reviewing/withholding standards, creating and using templates, basic editing, and assisting OSC community to enable widespread engagement.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, independently analyzing requirements and proposing innovative solutions that fit within ITD Ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely across the ITD team to ensure the ITD brand is upheld in all solutions.
Basic Required Qualifications
- 2 years' experience and proven proficiency in strategic Content Creation.
- Experience developing highly engaging and enabling user resources (guides, news articles, etc.)
- Ability to build and support strong ITD digital brand that drives familiarity, trust, and reputation.
- Basic graphic design skills or desire and ability to learn quickly.
- Must be a US Citizen.

Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.

The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 124,000 USD; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
